Action that leads to an abundant mindset, letting go of the past, and feeling optimistic and excited about your future.

This program is 12 week transformation designed to help you heal from the inside out. The program starts with an initial consultation followed by weekly consults. Throughout the program I provide personalised resources and support to ensure you achieve your goals.
One initial 75 minute consult call to gain clarity on your goals, discover what is holding you back and how we will get you to where you want to go.
45 minute, 1:1 sessions every week via zoom to keep you accountable and provide you with a safe place to ask questions, share your wins, struggles, and emotions through the journey.
A follow-up email session within 48 hours of each call with a summary, recommendations, and handouts so you know what to focus on each week.
Free weekly resources based on your individual needs to help you reach your goals. (Recipes, journal prompts, meditations, movement plans etc.).
WhatsApp or direct message support during the working hour window to ask any additional questions, gain extra support or share anything that comes up for you during the week.
